Gather and Grow is a charity supporting learners aged 18 and over with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to build skills, confidence and independence.
Who we are
We are a small, friendly team who believe that, with the right support, everyone can learn, grow and contribute. We work with each person as an individual and help them plan the steps towards the life they want.
